Hello all. I took a short break yesterday. If there is one thing that I’ve learned about blogging, it’s you can’t do everything in one day. I’m trying to implement a lot of life goals here for myself, but if I want to make them stick, you have to do it slowly. SO! Here we go!
I love fall. And like any hipster, I love pumpkin flavored things as well. It’s just my view from my sunroom is so breath taking that I can’t help but to see anything but fall. And recently I just played A Beginner’s Guide which put a lot of emphasis on lampposts and when I saw this image on brightboldbeautiful.com I just fell in love 🙂 I’m in such a fall mood right now.
In a lot of ways, I love this show. I’ve been a huge Sir Arthur Conan Doyle fan my whole like and I think this show depicts the character extremely well. And can I just I am obsessed with Irene Adler. She is the classiest lady to ever appear on the tv screen and I want to be her so incredibly bad. That and her shoes.
Further note: I was planning on making this jacket for Cody as a present for Christmas. Not an exact replica but one that I know he will love 😉 I will be documenting this further once I start start.
For some reason as of late I have been having a huge problem with clutter. And not just my work area, but Everywhere and I have been wanting to clean everything up all at once! But again, you can’t do everything all at once. You have to pace yourself. So to start, I made a list of things that I want to fix up and clean. Starting with each room. Then every weekend I try to cross off at least one thing on the list. So far I haven’t been going as fast as I would have liked because it seems that the weekends in October keep filling up! You’d think for a self employed person my schedule would remain kind of open but not lately!
So to quote the casualfridays blog, I’ll leave this here.
I ended up cancelling my Dailyburn membership for a couple reasons. Now, I loved it. It was easy and kept track of everything. I would recommend it to anyone. I cancelled because of financial reasons. Anyways, the same thing happened when I cancelled Hulu as well. They were very adamant about me not quitting and it took several minutes to click through all of the pages to convince me to stay, which makes me want to leave even more o.o I don’t like needy memberships.
So while I was on Dailyburn there was a yoga instructor that I grew very found of and her name is Briohny Smyth.
She’s pretty much a goddess in my mind and I knew that I wanted to continue practicing yoga, but I also new I needed her voice guiding me. So I found some yoga bundles on codyapp.com and bought them. It’s better in the long run because I’m actually saving money this way. I can’t wait to learn this flow. You may have seen it here:
It’s absolutely breath taking.
Well that’s all I have for today! This weekend I have a convention so I will try my best to keep up!
